Where can we deliver to?
Canberra
Within ACT and surrounding areas, we deliver to all suburbs in Canberra and nearby towns, including Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra, and Googong etc.
Delivery service is available 7 days a week at Canberra store.
Sydney
Within Sydney, our standard delivery area is centred around Willoughby and the surrounding suburbs. A full list of suburbs can be found in the Delivery Fees below.
Please note: Delivery service is not available on Monday at Sydney store.
Cut-off time for same-day delivery?
Place your order by 12 pm for same-day delivery, or give us a call to arrange an after-hours delivery (additional delivery fees may apply).
When will the order be delivered?
Our delivery service begins from 1 pm onwards everyday. We aim to make sure the order arrive before 5 pm or within 3 hours after order received (whichever comes later).
If a specific delivery time is required, please let us know in the Order Notes, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Specially, morning deliveries may incur an additional delivery fee, depending on availability of staff.
What if recipient is not available?
Our delivery team will do their best to ensure that flowers are received by the intended recipient or family.
For residential houses: If no one answers the doorbell, we will leave the flowers in a safe and shaded location at the property (usually at the front door).
For apartments: Unless otherwise noted in the order, for security and quality reasons, we will NOT leave flowers unattended in common areas (e.g. the apartment lobby, corridor).
If we are unable to reach the recipient via intercom or phone, the flowers will be returned to our store. Fees may apply for the re-delivery.
For workplaces (such as offices, hospitals, or government buildings): The flowers could be handed over to the reception desk if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, unless instructed otherwise in the Order Notes. If the reception is unable to accept deliveries, a re-delivery may incur an additonal fee.
