Where can you deliver to?

We proudly deliver to all suburbs in Canberra and nearby towns, including Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra, and Googong, ensuring your flowers arrive fresh and on time. For interstate orders, we can assist by contacting a trusted local florist and placing the order on your behalf. Please note that while we facilitate the process, the local florist will handle the creation and delivery of your arrangement.

Do you also delivery on Sunday?

Yes. We offer delivery seven days a week, from Monday to Sunday, ensuring your flowers arrive whenever you need them. Please note that our store is closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, so no deliveries will be made on those dates. Whether it’s a weekday or weekend, we’re here to brighten your special moments!

What is the cut off time for same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery from Monday to Sunday is available provided that the order is placed before 12pm in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

What will you do when the recipient is not at home?

If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery, our team member will place the item in a secure spot at the delivery address, provided one is accessible. In cases where a secure location cannot be identified, we will contact the recipient to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Please note that additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery is required.

Where can I find out the delivery fees?

Delivery fees will be automatically calculated after you enter the delivery address information and will be added to the total order amount. Please refer to the Delivery Policies and Fees for a detailed shipping cost schedule.

Floral Supply

To guarantee the quality and freshness of your flowers, we may need to substitute certain blooms or containers in your order with a selection of our freshest seasonal flowers available in-store. Rest assured, we’ll strive to design a beautiful arrangement that closely matches your original choice. Occasionally, some flowers may be delivered in buds to ensure they last longer for your enjoyment.

Products with Alcohol

Alcohol delivery complies with State liquor laws. Please note that you must be 18 years of age or older to place an order containing alcoholic beverages and the recipient must be 18 years of age or older to receive it. Additional licensing or delivery limitations may apply depending on local regulations.
